MEALS I used while on the

Burn the Fat-Feed the Muscle.

 

Here is just a vary small list of the foods that I eat. I am working to get more entered onto the web but I have had so much interest in this that I am going to publish them as I can, before the list is complete. I hope you enjoy and please hit the contact button above and email me your suggestions or reviews of my web site. I am trying to make it both user friendly and learn to program at the same time.

All the information in terms of the calories, grams of proteins, grams of carbohydrates, and grams of fat are found in one of the 3 ways listed below.

1) If the food has a "Nutrional Facts" menu on the packaging it came in then I use that information.
2) If it does not then I use a book that I purchased called "The Complete Book of Food Counts. 6th edition " by Corinne T. Netzer. I believe I purchased this a Barnes and Nobles.
3) and lastly if I still can't find the information I do an internet serch to find the closest thing that I can.

I WILL NOT GUARANTEE THESE NUMBERS TO BE TOTALLY ACCURATE!! These are just the numbers that I used during my fat loss so I suggest you double check them with the brand of food that you purchase. Also, if I made an entire Pizza that had all the ingredients add up to a total 1500 calories and I ate 1/4 of the pizza then I would multiply the total pizza calories (1500) times (0.25) which would mean that I ate approximantely 375 calories at the same ratio of proteins, carbs, and fats as the entire pizza. Is that 100% correct? No... but it was close enough for me. If you have a better way than try it your way.

This can also be done using weight. If an entire lasagna weighs 2 pounds and the ingredients add up to (3000) calories and you eat 0.5 pounds then you have consumed approxamently 750 calories at the same ratios of proteins, Carbs, and fats. Is that 100% correct? No... but it was close enough for me. If you have a better way than try it your way.

I will do my best to continue to update this list along with pictures to give you a sameple of what I ATE. You can always change anything you want. If your ratois are different thatn mine then change the serving sizes to hit your numbers.
